I've reached my first Mini Goal of 75kg's!!! Whoooohoooooo!!!!!
Next mini goal is 70kg's!
Skinny me here I come!!!!

165.3 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb. Still to go: 11.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 2.2 lb a week
