Yesterday flew by like a dream except for the the piles of work I have left at my desk to do before I leave here next Friday (my last day!!!). I think I better spend more time doing more work and less time on here and facebook! Oh no!!!!!! The withdrawl will be just too much!
I made my partner a lovely dinner last night of Grilled Steak, Grilled Garlic Cheese Mushrooms, Egg and a jacket potato. I was beginning to feel sorry for him for having to eat the same as what I am so I thought he could do with a little bit of fattening up! I on the other hand, had Grilled Steak, Grilled Mushrooms and Butternut! I loved dinner last night! It was gorgeous!
I need to find alternatives to my favourite veg but when I love it so much, I don't really want to not eat it! Know what I mean? This weekend I am going to the Farm Shop or greengrocer who might have different veg that I am just so in love with and I might do alittle experimentation over the next week with different veg! Wish me luck... I don't like change much! hehehehe!
