well fell off the wagon. i had actually gotten down to 196. alas ive gained a bunch back. went to the gym yesterday, wont be able to go again for a few days because its the beginning of my work week. im also under the weather. even right now, im considerably hungery, but every time i go to the fridge to see about eating soemthing, i get nauseated. but anyway back up on the wagon... lets see how far it takes me this time. so many people are "rooting" for me at the gym. even won an award for most motivated. now i feel even more accountability. it used to be a bad thing for me, but i think itll be a good motivator to help this time.
