I'm kind of to the point where it seems like I'm pretty much eating the same thing all the time, I need to start switching it up and incoporating different foods into my diet so that I don't get bored! My goal is to start cooking meals for myself, it's hard because it's just me, so cooking 2 meals a night kinda stinks but atleast I can eat me leftovers the next day! If anyone has some simple low cal recipes please feel free to share! :)
