one question guys how often you eat fruits ??, j mean i want to eat but then if i only have 1 fruit in a day i cant reach 200g protein a day and be under 1500-1600 calories a day

Berries aren't high in calories.

Yes, you can eat 200 g of strawberries for 64 calories. Watermelon is low calorie too .

I eat them all day but I also eat 3.7-4k calories. I'd never go that low on calories.

I can't answer from a Keto point of view as I'm just a calorie counter, but I have fruit with breakfast every day. Tangerines, peaches, pears, bananas, sometimes frozen strawberries or blueberries if I have oatmeal. They're like a breakfast dessert! And they're not too terrible on calories. Bananas are the worst, but it's still only 100-ish calories for a medium banana.
