Only managed to squeak out a one pound last week. I had a lot of weekend events like most of us this time of year. My strategy was to stay on plan for all my meals except for the event meals.

At the event I looked for those items that most supported the lean and green part of the plan. I did sample a few things not on plan and still showing a loss of a pound , I'm very happy with that!

More good news was I got the result of my latest blood tests. My A1c (blood sugar issue with diabetics) was a 5.7%. Down nearly two points since my last one in Sept. My total cholesterol is now into the "good" range of 162. Forgot to get my LDL/HDL breakout.

I feel like I'm on a really good roll. I hope all of you are as well!
234.0 lb Lost so far: 38.5 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

A pound lost is a pound lost. YOu're doing just fine. Many of us aren't doing as well - it's December! :)
