Still have 1/2 the omelette and 2 pancakes left. Really wanted to eat it all but didn’t want the calories. Plan to ‘sneak’ the pancakes later. I actually saved them just so I could ‘sneak’ them lol. Yeah that’s me, I have to plan out my ‘being bad’ times lol.

Thanks Keilin. Normally I’m not a pancake fan but the last few times we’ve been there these and the apple ones have been calling my name. Not worth the calories but it’s a nice treat occasionally.

@Fulla, Jimmys egg has a cinnamon roll pancake. Basically it’s a pancake that’s a bit underdone with a lot of cinnamon flavor. The icing is the same as you’d find on a cinnamon roll. Not the cream cheese kind but more of the powdered sugar/water kind. Very similar to a donut glaze. Not super sweet... just enough to make me crave some actual sweets lol.

Interesting. It just gave me an idea for mixing a tablespoon of cream cheese with a teaspoon of swerve to satisfy a sweet tooth.

It did work! Like anything - it took being mindful to slowly enjoy the one tablespoon (whipped) and then walk away. In the past I'd have easily fallen face first into a gallon of that before crawling away. The other night I mixed cream cheese and peanut butter - another interesting taste but not really a positive trade as far as calories or carbs.

My sister would give me and my husband a couple of zucchini bread loaves or banana bread whenever we visited. We live an hour and 15 min away... 1 or 2 loaves would b gone by the time we hit home, both of us falling face first, so to speak. Now, we thank her, but do not accept them.

@Just - lol, images of y'all driving down the road slathering butter or jam on the bread ... 'just one more slice... oh.. damnit....' haha. Been there. Done it. We probably all have hence meeting up here.
