Thank you for your well wishes yesterday. It is good to know there are some that care out there! I didn't hear from some people that I thought would have asked about me (no not anyone on this site, but in my 'physical' life). But then again I have known that there are some in my life that really don't care much about me and what I am going through but such is life and I need to just remember not to take it personally as most of the time it is a perception of their own life and what they are going through at the time and not all ME, but still it is difficult not to take some things personally especially when you read or hear a word or 2 that kind of cuts you(me) down or is critical. Sometimes I just don't do well with 'people' BUT I feel better today. I am still taking it easy. I hope to get back into the swing of things tomorrow with light workout & better food choices. I'm just very tired of things.... Hope all is well in FS Land and take care to ALL
