I made veggie chili for dinner, YUM. Over all today my cravings have been down. Later in the evening I found myself wanting a snack, so I ate some sweet pickles. I ran 30 min at 6.5 mph, which is not on the exercise list, so I walked another 5 min and put down 35 at 6 mph to make it work. Running at 6 isn't hard enough, but running at 7 is too much to do 3 miles.
