My hx starts with 278 actually. Eating way healthier but it isn't easy. A1C was up and so was the weight. I'm aiming for 230. That's still overweight for my age and height but that would look good for my body style. I'm a naturally thick/muscular man.
261.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
