I will take one pound a week. I have a cold so my calories have been really low way less than a thousand but weight loss is slow. CICO don’t mean Much to me. Blood readings glucose 117 Keto .4. Still diligent with intermediate fasting. 2 meals first at 1 pm second at 5 pm I cup of coffee around 10am with heavy whipping cream from now on it will be black. I not hopeful for big number like it should be but this is my life I will eat like this for the rest of it maybe on my death bed I will reach goal. Number one on my bucket list. The only thing on my bucket list.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I feel like a really dirty treat is being played on me. Keto .4. Glucose 117 my glucose has not been that high since I got my meter. Keto .5 is Keto and I am .4. Story of my life almost.

I don't know that you should worry that much about the keto readings. They tend to be low in the morning for many people.
