My daughter told me that I work out "like a boss". I'm not totally sure what that means but I'll take it. :) I've been thinking though... Maybe I should cut out the exercise for a while. Maybe that will help get me back onto a losing track instead of a pretty steady track. I'm not sure what I should do here.

Are you tracking your food intake? You may need to keep track of your caloric intake in order to keep losing. You can eat too much even on Atkins. Have your clothes become more loose? You can lose fat, but not see the scale move. So you would be going down in sizes, but staying the same on the scale. I personally wouldn't stop the exercise because it helps the stress through the holidays, it helps keep weight off during the holidays, it helps burn fat, and keeps your heart and body healthy. You can be thin and still carry too much unhealthy fat on your body. Exercise helps get rid of the fat. Google ways to get the scale going again. One way is track and watch your calories. Changing up your foods can also help. Our bodies get used to the same thing each day. I would not give up the exercise, but you can try cutting it down if you think it would help.
