Binge Monster

When I get extremely hungry, I binge-snack, and my kind of binge-snacking is impossible to keep track of until it shows up on the scale. Grabbing a handful of pecans or a spoonful of sunflower seed butter every time I walk by the cabinet, for example. It's almost like a monster rises up inside me and MAKES me do things.

I hate it.

This is how I visualize my Binge Monster... Gorefiend from World of Warcraft. He has a huge mouth right in his stomach and he just sucks everything in.

I feel your pain, my man.
