Shopping for Black Friday. No real exercise. One third over calorie goal, but below output. Way over on protein, 15% over on fat, right on on carbs. Blood sugar up 20 points after planned dessert. Once again packed carbs into single sitting. Post-Thanksgiving goal is to even out carb distribution and become consistent. Had all my once yearly thanksgiving favorites with tolerable, though imperfect results.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
