Traveled all day. Reasonable food choices for most part, but ate 4 full meals due to time change, getting up at 3:30 am and as a result being hungrier than usual. No exercise and much sitting like a lump. Was able to keep up my journaling through out my travels. Weighed in when reached home this evening. Probably not accurate because wearing corduroys and usually weigh in AM in nightgown. Do feel I have probably gained 2 or 3 pounds though. Have felt the sugar pull since I allowed myself Thanksgiving treats.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
