Over ate by 600 calories (less than day befire!), but cognizant of smaller portions. Ate a little of everything I wanted. In line for proteing. 25% over on fat and 33% over on carbs. Blood sugar increased by 20 point after dessert fest, but still in hundreds. Big rise came after got up this morning. No exercise to speak of, but cleaned up after dinner and did dishes like crazy for 30 people. Traveling. No chance to weigh in. Not bad for Thanksgiving. Won't be surprised if weight increase when get home.
