Went over on carbs and protein on Saturday. Did notice lower keytone levels on Sunday, however still in Ketosis at a lower level. Right now paying attention to how I feel when I eat certain ways, and looking at the limits. For instance, normally in the morning, my keytones are pretty low (due to overnight increase in blood-sugar). This morning they were over 4.0 I'm thinking it is because I ate a LOT of mayo with my dinner last night. Will need to test several times to see if this is consistent.
