Very interesting. That is all I want to control insulin. He also says that fasting 24 hours is better than fasting 16 hours. Not sure I had read that before

The general school of thought is that autophagy and lipolysis continue to be enhanced. The key for me is that a healthy body reacts differently (more easily and quicker) than the damaged obese yo-yo dieter, and we can't forget that it is not only a weigh loss journey, but a metabolism healing journey. My husband has always been one of the healthiest fittest people I know, he has a very hard time relating to my sugar/carb addiction but was always supportive. We are both so blown away by how all the pieces of the puzzle have come together with Keto and Fasting. It is truly remarkable.
