It seems like forever since I dropped weight. Scale finally moved 2# today. I need to be more patient. It's not going to be as fast this time since I'm close to 50. I'm in it for the rest of my life, and need to always keep that in mind so that I wont get frustrated. Got my keytone breath analyzer yesterday. Still playing with it and looking for patterns.

Yes. Usually over 2, in the evenings it has gotten higher (over 5)
Still trying to establish patterns and adjusting the diet.

I can relate to our age affecting weight loss. I look back over the last 2+ months and wonder if I will ever reach my goal. I too, need to be patient. But, it is so hard not getting immediate results 😣.
