I feel like I now possess a bottonless pit of a stomach. I could not feel full last night at all. Even tho I drank lots of fluids, I ate a ton too. This so has to stop, what am I doing to myself, except leading to finding all the lbs that I had thought I left behind me. This is a crazy cycle! First going through being lazy, then not wanting to eat, then to eating like I may never eat again. NUTS is how it all is.
However I know the only one who can change this mind frame is me, and me alone!
