This whole thing would only be about 1200 kcal!! I ate 40% but logged half. I’ll eat some tomorrow and maybe the next day and log 1/4 each time. Easier that way. 40% was all I could hold!

Hubby made this. It’s a Canadian bacon Stromboli. Canned pizza crust(canned haha), marinara sauce, part skim mozzarella cheese and Canadian bacon. The inside crust didn’t get cooked all the way so we’ll have to google why it didn’t. Was still good!

I consistently over estimate high calorie foods as well. Awesome 😎 good job making it fit to your daily diet 😋
