Would've actually lost more weight this week but I had actually gained a few lbs from last weekend so I spent the week losing that! I guess that goes to show one day of bad eating is not worth it! Time to cut back on the drinking on weekends and stay focused!
189.4 lb Lost so far: 24.6 lb.    Still to go: 49.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
