Hello Journal! I can’t believe I took a boot camp class today at the gym! Wow, it wasn’t as bad as I thought, and yes I tried another spinning session after that! I even wore one of those tight fitting workout outfits that showed all my lady humps jiggling everywhere (YUCK, LOL)! My bum is feeling better (but it still hurts like a mother) so I guess my body just had to get use to the seat!
I can’t believe I am saying this, but I really enjoy the boot camp and spinning. I guess those are the exercise classes for me. From sitting on the couch all the time to doing 1-2 hours of exercise daily is such a great accomplishment for me because I truly dread exercising! Yeah Me!
