I keep panicking that tomorrow is Thanks Giving and I don't have my baking done!! LOL...has to be this short week at work that is throwing me off; and yes I know tomorrow is a Friday. I do beleive the reason is that I get to bake. I love to bake!! But that fact that I also love to eat it causes an issue, so I have not baked since the start of the year. Now for Thanks Giving I get to bake two pies and a fun bunt cake....I am sooooooooooo excitited!! And the best part is that I can have some for dessert and then leave it all at my cousin's house and not have to worry about it hanging around the house!

Baking a cake and then leaving it at somebody else's house sounds perfect! That's what I try to do as well! So, after eating a slice, it's impossible to be tempted by the Sugar and Carbs Monster ;)
