Some folks out there asked what the 3 day Fat Fast Stall plan is that I do sometimes. It is suppose to help with stalls and also to get you back into the swing of things if off for awhile. I listed the foods last week on my meals list for Feb 20, 21, 22. I'm doing the same plan this week 2/26,27,28 but didn't list it since it is the same MINUS the Mixed nuts I had last week on the last day (AT LEAST I HOPE!). Basically it is high fat low carb moderate protein. Eggs, bone broth, avacado, bacon, bullet proof coffee, chef salad, pink salt, MCT oil. Seems to work ok for me Tue Wed & Thur, so I may try it weekly or biweekly. I've seen other fat fasts with ground beef & butter also, but those are really boring and I can't seem to stay on it more than a day!

what's your breakdown like 12:12 or 16:8? What to you allow yourself if you feel hungry or do you not feel hungry? Just restarting after almost 2 years off and this looks like a good way to "reset" bc I do ok overall, just trying to find my mojo again lol
