I entered an extra weigh in this week. On Monday, my regular weigh in day, I was very close to a milestone. Today I crossed the threshold and have now lost 30 pounds! I'm in the 7th week of my Medifast weight loss plan. Thank you Carolyn, Andrew and Chris for keeping me excited, focused and positive.
