No change this week. I am having a hard time staying motivated. This is the most miserable winter I can remember and I am a life-long Minnesotan. Early on it was so exciting to see my weight drop each week and now it feels kind of...meh. Like I’ve lost 30 pounds isn’t that good enough? My end goal isn’t so much a number, my goal is to get pregnant and have a healthy pregnancy. And it starts to feel like I’m not any closer to that goal than I was 30 pounds ago. My back hurts from shoveling so I don’t really feel like working out. It isn’t so much that I want to quit, more like I just want a break - a little time to veg in front of the TV and binge on potato chips and ice cream and sleep all afternoon. Of course I know how terrible I feel when I do that so I am not going to. Maybe I just needed to put it into words.
244.4 lb Lost so far: 31.6 lb.    Still to go: 44.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It is had to stay motivated in this weather, I just want to hibernate somedays too. Maybe go for some skinny pop and halo top? 30 pounds is amazing, you are on your way to meeting your goals!

honestly, a break might not be a bad idea. I mean, maybe find a healthier snack than potatoes chips and ice cream. lol. but really, a day off to just relax and not worry about anything once in a while is actually good for you. especially if this is how you're feeling. you're burning yourself out which isnt healthy either.
