Thank you! I’ve been wanting to make some pancakes. After I decided what I’d be eating for dinner, I decided I could afford it and it’s not too bad either. Only 332 calories. I didn’t use any butter and I used sugar free syrup to keep the cals reasonable 😁👍

When we are eating carbs, eating all the fats from keto foods doesn't help, right? Carbs and fat together: "delicious" but too many calories 😕

Yes fats while eating carbs is no good! I can cut out almost all the fat from my diet without a problem (as in oil, butter, cheese, sauce) (I know, seems weird since I do well with high fat diet 😜). That is how I dieted for almost 20 years lol My biggest source of fat is in the junk food and sweets that I should not be eating 😒 I do find it hard to get enough protein though. Any suggestions???

My proteins are from boneless, skinless chicken breast and egg whites, a lot of protein and low calorie, I eat too many sweets too 🤤🤯

What's that on the side? An egg? This looks like my type of breakfast :) Is it really only 332 cals?

Fat+carb being a problem is a myth. It still comes down to net calories. I average 130+ fat grams and 500 carbs a day.

I need to buy more chicken breast. My freezer is full of ground beef and pork 😅 Violet it’s 1 egg plus 1 egg white.

I am not scared of fats and carbs together, I avoid them most of the time because I save my calories for sweets treats 😁 (not enough calories , is the problem) I only eat one or two main meals per day, I love snacks.

Diablo that’s still about the same ratio as someone trying to keep their fat in a lower proportion in comparison to their carbs. I’m aiming for 25-30% fat

The most calorie dense good stuff has a combination of both so they can be an issue but when controlled they are not. Donuts are a good example. High fat and carbs and I can eat a dozen hahaha

Oh yeah, it's easy for me to keep the proportion of fat down since I like cereal so much and I eat a lot of fruit.

I'm having an issue keeping my fat within the 25% range. Everywhere else is rocking though.

Kaorinu I’m trying to keep it there too. Which is 35 grams for my calorie goal. I haven’t gotten that low yet. Everything has a bit of fat. The snacks are what get me.
