My weird but yummy low cal dinner 😃

Diet Calendar Entry for 19 February 2019:

I ate some enlightened cookies and creme ice cream when i got home. It was only 80 calories but I still went over for the day but just barely. I did much better today. I’m feeling much better too thank God!

Glad you feel better. If I go over for a day it just means I make a little dent (food) the next or exercise a little different the next day.
