If I don't lose any in the next 2 weeks at 2600-2700cal I think it might be time to cut calories down. BB.coms calculator has me at 2000-2400 at my current weight. At my goal weight (250) it has my maintenance at 3000cal. This seems right in line as I had it at 3300 or so when I was 300lbs. Only time will tell but I need to start losing steadily again. I've been in a purgatory for the last month or two besides losing my new years water weight..

I'm scared.. I barely can keep my calories under 2700 😂 I have a large appetite..

Do you eat enough fruits and salads, I have a big appetite too, I eat sometimes 400g of salads it's a big bowl and low in calories(lettuce, carrots, cabbage, celery, cilantro, cucumber, etc. with chicken breasts) that helps me.

I have slowed down on salads, but I usually eat plenty of fiber. I mainly have spinach and or avocado everyday. Funny thing is I just bought a huge veggie tray to take to work but I'm keeping it myself too eat. And I've been eating bananas almost everyday. Going to eat a lot today at work. Brining a fruit tray instead and a breakfast show cooker casserole!

I'm at opposite end of spectrum to you through the day. I have to try and squeeze in 2 fairly hefty meals at work. it's annoying having to spend 30 mins of my work day chewing lol I have shit to do hahahahaha

I wish I was the same.. I like eating but this low fat stuff already sucks. I'm already over today by 30 grams 🙄

Fast most of the day tomorrow and eat a huge steak tomorrow night and nothing else. That’ll work 💯.
