Question: is it a good idea to change my goal weight? Or should I weight until I reach my current goal weight and just work from there?

I recently changed my "goal" to a more immediate goal. Its all mental. I figured that it would be easier for me to work towards a shorter-term goal both physically and MENTALLY, so changed it. What would motivate you the most? A shorter-term, more realistic and achievable goal, or a longer-term harder target?

I was going to change my goal to 150 pounds instead lol. Not much of a difference

I like to watch the color of my line change to green and then blue As you get close to your goal weight. But that’s just me.

It depends on what you need. I need little goals so I stick with no more than 5 lbs at a time, but there had been times when I adjusted it to 1 lb just because I really need a win to remind myself that I CAN do it.
