So last night I got high and ended up eating Frosted Flakes at 2 in the morning 😐 but I have worked out yet , so maybe that’ll make a difference.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

That will make me cheat every time! Sounds crazy, but stock up on celery sticks and whatever dip fits your diet before hand so you can enjoy without getting off track.
