Went a little high with my carbs this week. One day 79g and one day at 58g, but was really vigilant with the Intermittent Fasting, going 24 hrs yesterday and 18-20 hrs the pervious 5 Days. Feeling Great. Need to switch workout, to more weights/resistance to Fill out and eliminate Sagging Skin.
234.4 lb Lost so far: 82.4 lb.    Still to go: 59.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
