Woke at 229.0, down 5.6 from yesterday. I was up every few hours during the night and morning with some serious whoosh action. Trying to figure it out. I had taken Vitamin B-12 and a multivitamin off the regimen a few months ago, and I just restored them (Vinnie Tortorich's brand). Now that I am taking those, I am going to wean off many of my other supplements as I use them up. The vitamins may be the thing. I picked up a severe cold at one of my outings this past week. Yesterday was pretty rough as I worked from home but I slept from 1:47 am to 1:43 pm (with lots of waking). Will try to knock this out before we travel to move Denise's parents into retirement living next week.

Finally, I'm seeing something interesting as I increase protein and reduce fat intake while I reduce calories to the sub BMR range again. My overall weight has gone up, but my body fat percentage and mass have gone down. The long term trend for body fat has gone from 23.4 percent to 20.3 percent and fat mass has gone from 53.7 pounds to 47.1 pounds (since January 26). Lean muscle mass has gone from 175.8 to 184.2. Certainly, these numbers have a lot to do with body water percentage and I have been very high in that lately. Will keep tracking.

UPDATE: Got to 228.6 at 5 pm.

😁 Happy to see that big arse whoosh!! I can't live without my B's. They are one of the main things that keeps my fluid retention more manageable. I have always seemed to need the B-complex as an adult. When I don't take it, I gain weight and feel lackluster.

PS... hope you feel better. I take Ester C as soon as I think I am getting a cold. Just 2 a day is all you need. I just am getting over a bug I must have picked up in the last couple of weeks being around a lot of people.
