Seahawks, I only used one bbq sauce cup. Bbq sauce is loaded in sugar.

I am really good about dipping my fork into dressings and sauces and then forking the food, that way I barely use the condiments. Thanks for the heads up tho

try G Hughes Sugar Free BBQ sauce. it's amazing and only has 2 carbs per serving. you will love it.
