Slowly getting there, love it when I see results, even tiny ones. No exersizing yet, I just try to keep consistent with the fact that I don't take naps. Since I work nights, I tend to be overly tired, but have been taking sublingual B-12 for about two weeks now, and feel pretty good.
240.8 lb Lost so far: 56.5 lb.    Still to go: 40.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
