Just a little check in before I head to bed. I’m completely addicted to sugar free grapefruit soda. It’s my replacement for beer. And I’m doing fine with no more smoking. I at just about 2,100 calories today and it feels great. I’m not sore, I’m not sick. I spaced out my calories throughout my day. I’ve been enjoying the popcorn during my day for my snacks. Today is the first day in a WHILE I haven’t eaten 3,000 calories. I’ve been trying to snack low calorie, drink low calorie, and make nutritious versus junk food choices. I did have candy, chocolate, and crackers, but in very small portions. I’m so tired, and I’m gonna get to bed. I’ve got my food prepared for lunch tomorrow, but no clue for dinner.
