Day IV of the challenge

Oh, the Tuesdays ... football days. It's been a year and a half now since my colleagues and I started playing every Tuesday for an hour every Tuesday at ten. It is by far the most consistent training I've ever done. The best thing is that no matter how fit you are, you can always run a bit more.

Today the food I've eaten are as follows - no breakfast, 400 g grapes with 200 g nectarines, 200 g chicken hearts with butter, 150 g blue cheese, 70 g dark chocolate, an instant coffee, 50 g walnuts and half a liter of cider.

Frankly I don't know why I'm gaining weight. Yes, I understand that not all weight gained is fat, and I've been pretty consistent on my belt's holes for almost a month now, but ... damn.

I don't know if it is the lessened amount of running, or just the season, but it's pretty demotivating after seeing the scales tipping a bit for almost a year now.
263.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 43.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
