Day III of challenge
Today was a work day all day long, but I managed to squeeza a breakfast of eggs, cheese and butter, a lunch consisting of tomatoes, sausage and pork chop, and for dinner a fair amount of pork chops.
I wonder if I'm eating enough vegetation...
I have started a vitamin suplement several days ago to check if my lack of sleep is caused by a nutritional deficiency. The prime suspects are magnesium and selenium. So far there has not been a noticeable improvement, but we'll see.
