I FEEL GOOD, SO GOOD, SO GOOD....LOL! It is amazing how working out makes you feel. I ran 3.10 today...my shins are hurting today. Have to be careful. Anyhoooo...I did chest and triceps today and loved it. I'm sore from yesterday which is what I'm going for...lol.
Well I'm trying to get my 5 to 6 meals in which means instead of every 3 hrs every 2 now. Going to start tomorrow. I have a weigh-in today for my challenges but not going to put it in....Kate I'm taking your approach...lol...only posting decreases. Oh and its the same 140.2 lbs. I figure it wouldn't go down this week cause of TOM.
My goal is by my bday, November 9th, I am competition ready. For those that don't know....fitness competition ready. By July 25th I should be down to 130 give or take a few lbs due to muscle gain. I'm looking at some competitions around my birthday....so we will see.
As soon as I get a new laptop I'll post pics. I'm using my droid but it won't let me upload any pics...oh well.
