I've maintained the same weight for 9 days. I'm looking at this as positive because it could have been different. It could have been much worse. And, it's not a plateau. It was just me acting irresponsibly. I am behaving better overall but last night I went to a bar-b-q and drank beer. And ate some potato chips (not too many). I ended the night by eating some mini candy bars. Today is better already!

as long as we're in confessional, I ate a cookie today, hehe. its great that you're maintaining even with a little cheating... now you can get right back on track and lose some more!

Way to make a positive affirmation!! Beer is not my friend. I drink beer and the scale tattles on me. But you gotta have fun sometimes along this journey. Glad you're back on track and ready to lose!

Sometimes being happy with maintaining is a good thing! You'll get back on track and it will start going down again. Everyone gets off track once in a while. I ate raw cookie dough! (sounds like something a 3 yr old would do, eh!) Your being responsible and you know what to do, so you will be fine.
