Woke at 232.2, up .6 from yesterday after a massive lunch out and drinks later. New month. Will alternate OMAD and 16:8 intermittent fasting with the focus on carnivore with rare exceptions. UPDATE: Down to 232.0 by the end of the day. Only got in 1341 calories today but I'm satisfied.

It sounds like a plan I need to do but without the OMAD. 16:8 IF all the way. LOL! Keep it simple.
