trying to eat MORE to lose weight. never said that before. need to up my carbs. still haven't weighed myself since last weekend. going to start some exercise this week against chiropractors orders. might as well while i still have him to fix me!

I know that's always felt kinda odd when I say that, too. More carbs, more loss. Hope you don't have to go to the chiropractor!
