The girls and I hiked 3 miles around Gifford State Forest today. It took 1h 22 min. to hike it. It was good spending quality time with them.
I am trying to get my weight back under control. It has been tough so far. I started back to hard core Keto on January 1, 2019 at 147# Friday I weighed in at 135#, Today 137#. I started working out at a gym doing cardio and strength training, as best as I can with my shoulder still recovering from. surgery. My goal weigh is 125# I would like to reach that by March 21.
137.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
