At my highest weight I was 200# at age 21. I followed the atkins diet. Walked and worked out at home. It took me 5 months to loss 70#. I was able to maintain 130# for 4 years. Then I became pregnant with my oldest daughter. I weighed 180# when I gave birth to her. In just 24 hours I was at 160# ( that is normal due to baby, water, blood) It took me 18 months to get back down to my pre-pregnancy weight of 130. Shortly after that I became pregnant with my second daughter. I gained 50# in that pregnancy and again I was at 180 at delivery. I have not been able to loss the weight. On Jan. the first 2014 I again weighted 180#. This time not pregnant! I have lost 3# by just eating better. Then I decided to go back on the atkins plan. I fill great and have lost 11# in 38 days. I hope I can get back down to 130.
I am almost 6 weeks into Atkins and I have managed to loss 27.6#. Atkins and hard work will work. You just have to give it 100% all the time.
3/30/2014 So far I have been able to loss 34# sense 1/1/14 and it fells amazing. I have lost 5# this week alone. 31# on Atkins I started it on
2/3/14 I would like to be 140# by 4/6/14 which is my Daughters 4 birthday. I will have to see what I can do. As of April 13 I broke the 140s now to brake 130# and hit my goal head on. And stay there. 42# down in 10 weeks. As of
5/15/14 I weigh 131.0 1 more # to go. 5/24/14. I did it I am 129.2 now for 120.
6/24/14 I weighed in at 122.2 this morning wow I am so happy just 2.2 more to go.
10-21-14 well I did it I hit 120# and have been trying to maintain it for the past 3 months. I have bounced around 5# here and there. It really is harder to maintain weight over losing it. I did see my all time low of 117 about 1 month ago. I would still like to see 115 but that is up to my body. I am 5' 1/2" tall and medium build 120#😉

craving sweets
I can not under stand way I am craving sweets. I have been doing so good for almost 8 weeks and this evening I have been craving some thing sweet this is a really strong craving.
I have not been craving any thing sweet sense week one. Y????
This really sucks I think I could eat a pint of ice cream with no problem.. And it is in the house!! Or cookies yummmmm. This is not good what is going on? Way am I craving sweets??????

pre-pregancy 140
Well I went up GRRRRRRR. But I know that happens!! Even though I do not like it. BUT it is what it is.
Hopefully I can drop it and 5 more after spring brake is over and I can get back into the school gum.
With being sick Mon. and Tue. and spring brake I have only made it to work out 1 time in the gym.
I did go for my 5K training and walked and ran a total of 3 miles. I just need to get back into the swing of things and get back in the gym.

I would like to lose 6 pounds by next Sunday which is my Daughters 4th birthday.
I weighed 180 at delivery and 160 or 165 after. I gained back to 180 though the year and have been 180 for the past 3 years and 9 months. Then I went back to Atkins and have sense lost 34 pounds total as of today. I would like to make that 40 pounds by her Birthday so I can be back to my pre-pregnacy weight of 140.
I think I can do it with IF and a s**t ton of working out. What do you all think? Can I get any help with this?

A good friend, his Buddy and my self cut and loaded 4 large truck loads of fire wood yesterday. It took use 6 hours to do it all but e got it done.
So when I got on the scales this morning I was taken back to see that the Scales had not moved at all. Then I got thinking about water weight. O how I hate water weight!!!!!!!!
I hope others are having better luck today.
