Well the sad news is I did not reach my goal.. actually no where even close.. meh oh well.. it boils down to not trying hard enough, too many peanut butter and jam sandwhiches, not enough water, not enough exercise, and being mentally and physically sick.
How do I feel about all this.. actually and with some humour I'm okay with it. So I will just need to try abit harder to reach my goal, maybe even go a bit under what I have it set at. Like the old saying goes if first you don't succeed try, try again. In essence I equate it people in rehab, they often do not succeed the first go around, and they relaspe.. then with support and encouragement they attempt it again. Well I'm in the same boat (kind of)
So anyways today is the day that I made my appearance on this earth, yep 41 yrs ago.. my mom was in labour all day!! My poor parents if only they had known what they were in for (ha ha ha)
Needless to say I am grateful for:
My parents bringing me into this world and giving me life
Everyone who has touch my life and helped me become the person I am
being at my job full time for 10yrs today
living to see another year
weighing a little less then I did last year
my fs buddies whom I care deeply about.
May everyone have a tickle me tuesday... lol...
