Two months into this adventure. Still haven't lost much weight. (Last check was about 14#), but down TWO pant sizes and one shirt size. Its awesome to wear jeans again.
People have been telling me I look a lot better, not necessarily the weight, but my skin color. (I was apparently kind of grey)
Took yesterday off of everything but work. Managed to get 7 hours sleep. Still could do better on sleep, but feeling OK this morning.
As long as I keep loosing size I'll be happy, but have to wonder if I'll be the first 260# size 8. (ha ha)
One thing I'm going to really have to pay attention to is making sure that my body doesn't go into "starvation mode". I'm working out almost every day. Its not a hard workout, but its swimming, and its consistent, so its doing the job. The problem is that my calorie deficit is more than 1,000 a day every day. My body could rebel at that. Need to pay attention...
