I am really feeling this workout tape! "the Firm" is a great workout and I highly recommend it! I've done it now... 7 days in a row and I think I'll give my poor thighs a break tomorrow! On another note... found a great 95calorie pita/bread pocket, whole wheat, called Attie's bakery at Weis market. very good and I don't fee guilty eating a bread product!

"The Firm" really is a great workout!! It was just WAY too much for me, I had the tapes, but passed them on. Great job!! Those are HARD CORE!!
