Normally I reach my goal every week because I force myself not to eat more than I have, many times I have a good appetite, I can eat 5,000 calories per day without problem, this past week I experienced something very strange, there is a girl in this community she says that her doctor has her with a 1,000 calorie diet, since she can not eat much because her stomach is very small, I have always considered that something strange, the thing is that this past week I was also forced to eating, for some reason I was feeling so full all the time, as if I too had a small stomach. 🤔

I do not know what to think about my small stomach, it's weird, haha, thank you Lzenn, if I the end of the week if I too many calories I will have to go to McDonald's for a strawberry milkshake and fries.

This week we did not go out because it's too cold for me, plus husband was busy.

Sometimes I get full really fast too. I'm never sure why. I could eat 5k a day easy too, but sometimes I just don't need as much. Especially if I'm reading a really good book or doing something else that is keeping me distracted...then I might look up and realize that I've gone all day with tea, water and a few ounces of cucumbers and sweet peppers...who knows?!?!?!

I know for me so far...as I have reduced my portion size - I am actually full most of the time. I am usually under my calorie "limit" for the day. Pretty much after lunch I am not hungry and am putting food in for the fuel. It was funny - I was talking about this with my Nurse and she was like "you don't have to eat when you are full"...mind blown...LOL. It is on occasion very surprising that I am full on a small serving.

It curious how the human body works, now our body needs less calories also the stomach is smaller. What I am going to do is eat when hungry, if I can't eat all my calories one day I am not going to worry about it, and if one day I want to eat 3000+ calories I will eat them. 😀
