Really bad last last few days. I didn't get enough rest which in turn caused me to make a lot of bad food decisions and simply just pigged out over the last few days. But today is a new day and I am restarting as of today
250.0 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 65.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Lack of quality sleep is what does me in. I know if I don't get at least 6 hours (7 is better), I'm a ravenous chocolate fiend.
